FAQ

IT'S HOT... what are you doing to help with the heat?
It will be hot. BUT we will have a large cooling station with misting fans. As well as free water stations. Bring a clear empty bottle of water or a Camelbak, and a festive hat to keep cool! Restrooms are indoors and air conditioned.


Do children get in free?
Children 12 and under with a parent/guardian will have free admission to the festival.

Where do I pick up my will call tickets?
Will Call tickets will be ready at the Box Office at the Long Center. ​ 


Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?
Yes. Feel free to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit or lay out on.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. This event will have bars and food trucks with food and drinks available for purchase.

Bag policy?

While bags are checked upon entry there is no clear bag policy at the Long Center.

​Prohibited Items?
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: Outside food or drinks, weapons of any kind including pocket knives, Professional cameras (cameras with detachable lenses), Video cameras, illegal or illicit items of any kind, tents, vending and soliciting of any kind.


Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted. However, properly identified service dogs will be permitted.

Where do I park?
Palmer Events Center Parking Garage. Multiple events will be happening at Palmer Events Center starting at 10 a.m. It is highly recommended that guests use the Riverside entrance on June 25th. Parking is NOT free. Parking is $8.
NO overnight parking. Debit, credit and cash are accepted.

Mobility Impaired/Accessible Parking is available in the Palmer Events Center Parking Garage on all levels near elevators. Please see the accessibility section of their website for more information, including drop-off location.


Bus Routes & Rideshares
CapMetro - Nearby transit stops: Vic Mathias/Auditorium Shores Station, South 1st/Riverside, South 1st/Barton Springs, and Barton Springs Station. Transit Routes: 1, 3, 7, 10, 20, 30, 801, and 803. Plan your trip online or on your phone.

Taxis & Rideshare - Ridesharing and taxis are great alternatives to driving. Have your driver drop you off in the loading/unloading zone in the Circular Drive.

COVID Policy

In accordance with the City of Austin’s public health guidelines for city-owned facilities, masks are strongly encouraged but not required when attending a Long Center event unless a specific event requires stricter entry policies. For more information, visit the Long Center website.
